Mann an Serviceannahme nicht geeignet für direkten Kundenkontakt. Bei betreten des laden wird man erst Mal ignoriert und fühlt sich deplatziert. Irgendwann wird man dann angesprochen, nennt seinen Namen und wird mit "Schlüssel "abgefertigt. Ein wollen sie derweilen was trinken oder setzen sie sich so lange ist nicht erfolgt. Nachdem ich selbst 13 Jahre. Als Annahmemeister in einem KFZ unternehmen tätig war, denke ich hier sagen zu können, das ich den Unmut aller negativen Google Rezessionen über besagten Herren verstehen kann. So war das Mal bis Ende der 90er normal aber dies hat sich seither Massiv verändert und wer da stehen geblieben ist, hat direkt beim Kunden nichts verloren. Ausgeführte Arbeit - Preis / Leistung und Wartezeit waren Super!
