Description
The high negative tread portion gives the C-18 increased traction on wet ground, sand and mud, as well as increased acceleration, braking and steering properties. The side tread studs are applied well on the outside of the tyre and bordered by free-form surfaces developed using computer-assisted technology. The carcass has a round profile. The split studs in the centre of the tyre result in increased self-cleaning on soft ground. On hard ground they increase the adaptability of the tyre to the ground, thus increasing the contact area. Due to the asymmetry, the tyre is directional.
