Tips for complete wheels

Our complete wheel prices include the rim, tyre and valve, the mounting of the tyre on the rim, the balancing, and any fastening material that is needed. Each complete wheel is custom-assembled for you, and our complete wheels are assembled without a tyre pressure control sensor as standard. reifencom GmbH can only carry out inspections on vehicles in their original factory condition. The admissibility of modified vehicles must be assessed separately by a recognized technical inspection body. The costs of the inspection body must be borne by the customer in such cases.

Skoda Citigo all-season complete wheels for compact mobility

The Skoda Citigo is a manoeuvrable microcar characterised by its compact dimensions, good all-round visibility and a surprisingly versatile interior. The model was available as a three- and five-door version and is particularly well-suited to city driving, short commutes and daily shopping trips. In addition to various petrol engines, a fully electric version, the Citigoᵉ iV, is also available. Suitable all-season complete wheels can be a practical solution in predominantly temperate weather conditions, as they eliminate the need for seasonal wheel changes.

When making your selection, you should ensure the tyres are correctly matched to the vehicle’s year of manufacture, engine type and trim level. In addition to the correct size, the load index, speed rating, bolt circle, offset and braking clearance must be compatible with the vehicle. For the electric version, the higher vehicle weight and the corresponding load capacity must also be taken into account.

Brands for city driving and everyday use

Products from premium brands as well as numerous other manufacturers are available for the Skoda Citigo. Vredestein offers well-balanced all-season tyres with precise steering response and controllable handling on both dry and wet roads. Continental is known for stable handling and reliable braking performance. Sava offers functional solutions with an attractive price-performance ratio, whilst Nankang provides a range of models suitable for everyday use for price-conscious drivers.

There are also various options when it comes to wheel design. Ronal offers timeless and robust designs that complement the Citigo’s compact appearance well. DBV stocks numerous understated designs with a variety of finishes. Tomason often opts for sportier shapes, whilst RC-Design offers a wide selection of functional and versatile models.

Common wheel sizes and relevant vehicle documents

Depending on the model year, engine specification, equipment level and existing type approval, the following sizes are particularly common:

  • 14-inch all-season complete wheels – a comfort-oriented and near-standard choice for many Citigo variants.

  • 15-inch all-season complete wheels – a balanced combination of everyday practicality, direct handling and a modern look.

  • 16-inch all-season complete wheels – a sportier option for appropriately approved trim levels and special models.

  • 17-inch all-season complete wheels – a bespoke option which may require appropriate approval or separate certification.

Within the EU, you can find the permitted wheel size in the CoC document. In Germany, the Vehicle Registration Certificate Part I and any modification approvals also provide this information. In Austria, check the registration certificate and approval document; in Switzerland, check the vehicle registration certificate. In Belgium, the registration certificate is relevant; in Denmark, the Registreringsattest; and in Luxembourg, the Certificat d’immatriculation.
